Elif Bayraktar

After graduating from Istanbul Kadir Has University with a degree in International Relations, Elif pursued her Master’s degree in Marketing Management at Istanbul University. She has over 8 years of experience in the e-commerce field. Starting her career at Aygaz, Elif then went on to manage e-commerce processes for brands such as Sneaks Up, Roman, Armalife, and Ekmaş.

Working within leading brands across various sectors, she has successfully formulated e-commerce strategies, developed processes, and executed plans aligned with commercial objectives.

Elif contributes valuable insights to Minds2Lead through her strategic perspective, people-centered leadership, strong relationships, and expertise in team development.

Joining the Minds2Lead family in April 2024, Elif currently serves as the E-commerce Manager, continuing to drive success in both e-commerce and team management realms.
